We stand behind every part we print. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage at info@tacticaltech3d.com. We'll ship you a free replacement at no charge.

This guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. We cannot replace items that are lost, broken by the customer, or damaged after delivery.
